Lets you just set breath duration (and automatically have it figure out ins, outs, and pauses) or lets you manually set all of those if you prefer.
The visual breathing "meter" is nice -- its easier to pace your inhale/exhale when you know how far into the breath you are. I find my breathing is much smoother with this than with other apps.
If you tap the "i", theres all sorts of interesting information about deep breathing uses and practices.
Ive tried several breathing apps, and this is quickly becoming a favorite.
The only thing Id recommend adding is the ability to set a slowdown (gradually progress from 10 second breaths to 15 second during a session) the way you can in the "breathing zone" app, or buttons to quickly manually adjust breathing rate during a session -- some way to get slower over time as you get more relaxed.
